The hotel offers really nice modern rooms with a splendid restaurant, making for a comfortable and quiet stay. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who have completely rethought the branding and facilities. The location is convenient for walking into the center and exploring Parma, though a bit far from the historic center. The dining experience is welcoming and satisfying, and the facilities are well-maintained.
